Teresa Catapirra

Throughout her professional career, Teresa has primarily worked in the field of real estate law, advising individual clients on various real estate transactions, including conducting due diligence, drafting contracts and related agreements, and preparing and overseeing public deeds of sale.

While focusing her activity in real estate law, Teresa also has experience in commercial and corporate law. In this area, she has regularly been involved in the preparation and management of share deals, particularly advising individual clients during negotiation processes, including due diligence and preparing for and overseeing business closings.
