Sílvia joined PARES in 2015, following its incorporation of Carlos Amaro & Associados, where she had been an associate lawyer since 2000.
Throughout her professional journey, she initially provided general advisory services in various branches of law to public and private entities, which gave her a global perspective on law and the interconnection between different areas in the pursuit of the best solution.
In 2015, she began focusing exclusively on labor law, intellectual property, data protection, family law, succession, and their respective litigation.
She has been the coordinator of the Intellectual Property Department at PARES since 2022.
