Ricardo Dionísio Mota

Ricardo primarily practices in the areas of litigation and arbitration.
He has extensive experience in civil and corporate litigation, advising individual and corporate clients on litigation strategy, preparation, and management of judicial and arbitral proceedings, both national and international, related to civil and commercial contracts, as well as real estate matters. He also engages in the resolution of criminal cases.

Ricardo has considerable experience in insolvency and corporate recovery, advising and representing clients both as creditors and debtors.

He has a long-standing practice in real estate law, providing legal advice on real estate investment transactions, drafting and negotiating real estate contracts, including purchase and sale, leasing, exchange, construction, and subcontracting (including litigation support), as well as overseeing contract execution and managing the acquisition or disposal of real estate assets in various forms.
