Pedro Carreira Albano

Pedro’s professional practice is primarily centered on litigation and arbitration.

He has extensive experience in civil and corporate litigation, advising clients, including financial institutions and corporate groups, on strategy development, preparation, and management of judicial and arbitral proceedings, both national and international, particularly related to commercial and financial contracts, distribution agreements, and alternative energy, among other areas.

He also has significant experience in insolvency and corporate recovery, advising and representing clients in all aspects, both as creditors and debtors.

Pedro is the coordinator of the Litigation and Arbitration practice area at PARES.
