António Juzarte Rolo

António provides advice on acquisitions, mergers, and demergers of companies, as well as on the restructuring processes of companies and corporate groups across various sectors, both nationally and in cross-border transactions.

He has also been advising fund management companies, private equity, and venture capital firms on matters such as the preparation of their management regulations and liaising with regulators, as well as offering consultancy in the development of activities for these collective investment entities.

Additionally, he has vast experience advising companies (e.g., customer litigation) and individuals on their ongoing matters, particularly in the preparation, negotiation and execution of contracts necessary for the development of their commercial activities. He has predominantly worked with clients from the Spanish and English markets. He is the coordinator of the Commercial and Corporate Law practice area.
