Myriam Ouaki

Myriam began working at PARES as an associate lawyer in 2016 and became a partner in 2019. Prior to that, she worked at Abreu Advogados and gained international experience as a Case Handler at the European Commission and the Court of Justice of the European Union. She holds a law degree from the University of Paris XII, a Master II in European Law, and several postgraduate qualifications, particularly in Real Estate Law and European Law. Myriam is fluent in Portuguese, French, and English, allowing her to provide high-level legal solutions with a global perspective.

She has extensive experience assisting private clients with operations in Portugal, particularly in the real estate sector. As a specialist in real estate investment, she offers a comprehensive and personalized service focused on French-speaking clients. She created and coordinates the French Desk of PARES, which supports French investors in the Portuguese market. Myriam is also recognized on the Notable Lawyers List of the French Embassy in Portugal.
