Tiago Gama
Throughout his career, Tiago has provided legal advice on matters of Corporate and Commercial Law and Banking and Finance Law, with a particular focus on corporate reorganizations, corporate governance, mergers, and acquisitions.
He has extensive experience advising investors in various economic sectors, regularly assisting clients in complex corporate transactions, including private equity deals, acquisitions, reorganizations, and company sales, as well as in shareholder disputes.
He also has significant experience in Real Estate Law, particularly in real estate acquisitions and sales, and structuring financing for real estate developments or acquisitions and real estate investment funds.
A substantial part of his work also involves supporting real estate fund managers and venture capital companies, where he advises on Banking, Finance, and Real Estate Law, as well as Compliance and regulatory issues. His daily collaboration with fund management companies has given him experience in implementing and coordinating the sale and acquisition of real estate portfolios.
