Marta has broad experience in direct and indirect taxation, both nationally and internationally, in the areas of consultancy and litigation.

She has been advising companies and private clients from different nationalities and business sectors on a wide range of topics, including corporate restructuring operations, investment operations in Portugal and abroad, real estate and financial transactions, tax audits, and daily support for companies regarding their operations and compliance with tax obligations.

She is a Tax Arbitrator at the Administrative Arbitration Center (CAAD) and coordinates the Tax Law practice area at PARES.
