Madalena Moreira dos Santos
Madalena has been with PARES since the firm was founded in 2011 and was appointed coordinator of the Labor Law and Social Security and Insolvency and Restructuring departments in 2022.
Throughout her career, she has focused her activity in labour law, providing daily legal advice to various clients, both national and international, overseeing the day-to-day management of their human resources. This includes advising on daily issues, managing restructuring operations from a human resources perspective, and handling all types of labor litigation, including administrative offense cases.
Representing national and foreign clients, she has participated in various legal audit and corporate restructuring processes.
Madalena also has vast experience in litigation, restructuring, and corporate reorganization, as well as in insolvency, focusing her practice primarily on civil and administrative offense litigation across various sectors.
