Luís’ professional activity highlights include advising on and structuring company acquisition and restructuring operations, with a particular focus on the agro-food sector. He has also been involved in the creation and management of investment funds, both financial and real estate, as well as venture capital funds, drafting management regulations, shareholders' agreements, and contracts used in acquisitions. Additionally, he has experience in drafting and implementing corporate insolvency plans, including negotiations with creditors and providing legal counsel to insolvency administrators. Luís regularly participates in institutionalized arbitrations, both national and international.
