Lourenço Gouveia Fernandes

Lourenço joined PARES in 2018, where he completed his professional internship and has since primarily focused on Tax Law and Commercial and Corporate Law.

His experience includes providing consultancy on a variety of tax-related issues, with an emphasis on wealth planning and structuring, as well as tax litigation, where he participates in administrative, arbitral, and judicial proceedings.

He also supports company formation and restructuring operations, mergers and acquisitions, advises investment fund management companies, and provides guidance to businesses and individual clients on routine matters related to their activities.
