Cristina joined PARES in March 2020. She has extensive experience in dispute resolution and litigation support, focusing on general administrative litigation and public procurement litigation, representing both public and private entities.
Notably, she has provided advisory services to various public entities, including preparing pre-contractual procedures, analyzing the legality of all phases of these procedures in relation to national and EU regulatory frameworks, assessing detected irregularities, and justifying the application of any financial corrections within the framework of European Fund Operational Programs.
She has also prepared legal opinions in the areas of public and municipal law. Additionally, she has experience in urban planning control procedures, environmental licensing, and administrative offenses.
