Carlos Amaro

Carlos’ experience includes the management and structuring of acquisition, merger, and sale operations for companies in Portugal and abroad.

He has been prominent in the field of Press Law, coordinating litigation for numerous national publications, including newspapers, weekly publications and magazines. He participated in successful listings of Portuguese companies on the Lisbon and London Stock Exchanges, as well as in investment processes with venture capital funds in Portuguese companies.

He was involved in investment consulting and the establishment of companies in the Middle East, particularly in the United Arab Emirates, where he expanded his area of activity from 2012 to 2017.

Since 1996, he has also maintained a strong connection to the aviation sector, from air transport to pilot training, directly supporting relevant companies in the industry and representing them before the competent authorities.
