Margarida has focused her professional activity around litigation and arbitration, advising clients on matters primarily related to civil and commercial law.
More recently, she has also developed her work in the area of criminal litigation (especially in the field of economic and financial crimes, property-related offenses, and offenses involving political figures) and administrative offenses, representing clients in cases of this nature.
In parallel, she provides advisory services to corporate and individual clients in various areas of real estate law, particularly in matters related to lease rights, local accommodation, horizontal property, and condominium relations.
