Andreia has developed and consolidated her knowledge and skills in the area of Administrative Law, especially in the field of Public Procurement, providing legal support to economic operators, as well as to various contracting entities (including in-house advice), in the pre-contractual, contractual and litigation fields.

It has also provided legal advice to various Operational Programs on verifying the legal compliance of public procurement procedures submitted for European co-financing.

Its activity has also focused on supporting registration and information reports in the MIRR - Integrated Waste Registration Map, and preparing defenses against environmental offenses related to non-compliance with legal obligations resulting from the General Waste Management Regime.
