Andreia Soares Ferreira

Andreia has developed and strengthened her knowledge and skills in Administrative Law, particularly in Public Procurement. She provides legal support to economic operators as well as various contracting authorities (including In-House advisory services) in pre-contractual, contractual, and litigation matters.

She has also provided legal advice to several Operational Programs, ensuring the legal compliance of public procurement procedures submitted for European co-financing.
