Commercial and Corporate Law

PARES offers commercial and corporate legal advice, with experience in mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, corporate governance, contracts, litigation and due diligence, providing personalised solutions at company and individual level.

Specialised legal advice

PARES has a team with extensive experience in organising and monitoring the acquisition, merger, demerger and restructuring of companies and business groups, covering various sectors of activity, both nationally and internationally (cross-border).

We also advise companies and individuals on all their day-to-day commercial activities, with a particular focus on preparing, negotiating and concluding contracts, as well as providing legal advice on commercial and corporate issues.

One of the areas in which PARES excels is corporate governance, where we offer consolidated know-how. We advise boards of directors, corporate bodies, shareholders and other stakeholders, providing assistance in the resolution of disputes between shareholders, the organisation of governance models and related matters such as the preparation of shareholders' agreements, family protocols, operating regulations for the various corporate bodies and codes of ethics.

As in all PARES' practice areas, our approach is characterised by proximity to the client and a thorough understanding of their specific challenges. The multidisciplinary nature of our team allows us to respond quickly, efficiently and appropriately to all the issues we deal with.
